The cleaning log, paperless and live.
A QR label replaces the paper sheet behind the door: staff record each cleaning with a photo, visitors report problems, the supervisor gets an SMS and your client watches every point live.
The board below is a sample hospital's day. Pick a problem on the visitor screen on the rightbelow the board; it reaches the board in seconds.

Scan it with your phone to try it like a real label. The QR code on the label opens this screen.

| Question | Paper log | TemizTik |
|---|---|---|
| When was it cleaned? | A time written in by hand | The moment the QR code was scanned, with a photo |
| How does a visitor report a problem? | Walks to the front desk, or says nothing | Scans the same QR code and reports in 10 seconds |
| When does the supervisor find out? | If they happen to see it on a round | An SMS at once; escalates if not closed in time |
| What does the client see? | A folder at the end of the month | A live board: plan compliance, closing time, overdue points |
Your client looks at four numbers
Loading live numbers…
These four boxes are live at the top of the board above.
- Cleanings so far
- How many of the cleanings due by now were done; plan compliance underneath.
- Visitor reports
- How many reports came in today and how many are still open.
- Median closing time
- How many minutes reports take to close, next to your target.
- Overdue points
- Points past their time, visible without a round.
The day, hour by hour
Each point is a row, each tick a cleaning with a photo. A red mark is the moment a visitor reported. In a building with a floor plan, the same day also shows on the plan.

Toilet cleaning log, paperless
The sheet behind the door goes; an adhesive QR label takes its place. You print labels from the panel yourself: one A6 at a time or four on an A4. NFC labels are available if the company wants them.

Cleaning log: common questions
Do staff or visitors have to install an app?
No. The phone camera reads the QR code and the page opens in the browser. A staff member's phone is registered once from the panel.
Do you collect personal data from visitors?
Visitors are not asked for a name or phone number. To prevent abuse, a functional cookie is set on the phone and only a hash of the network address is kept. The note field is optional.
Who does the setup?
We define the points, the team and the SMS chain with you in the panel. You print the labels from the panel and stick them up. In the fair pilot, setup is free for the first 10 companies.
What if a staff member has no smartphone or doesn't want to use their own?
A company phone is registered to that staff member from the panel. Records go under the name of the person the phone is registered to.
What happens in a basement toilet with no signal?
The ticks and the photo wait on the phone, in the open page. When the signal returns, the staff member presses and holds once and the record is sent.
What if many people report the same problem?
Reports are merged and the supervisor does not get a second SMS. The board shows how many people reported it.
What if a report is not closed?
If it is not closed within the time you set, the next person in the chain gets an SMS: first the floor supervisor, then the project manager, for example.
Can a photo be picked from the gallery?
No. Only the camera opens; the photo is taken there and then. It is downsized and its location data removed when stored.
What do I show in a hospital audit (SKS)?
The Turkish hospital quality standard SKS 6.1 asks for a cleaning plan (SDS01), regular checks (SDS02) and soap and paper in toilets (DOH03). In TemizTik the plan sits in the panel as each point's cleaning frequency. Every cleaning is recorded with time, staff member and photo. Soap and paper reports show their opening and closing times. You open the live board for the auditor.
Where is the data stored?
In a data centre in Germany (Hetzner, Falkenstein).
How does my client see the board?
Through a link for their building, without logging in. The same board can run on a TV in the corridor.
What if a label wears out?
Print that point's label again from the panel. The QR code stays the same.
Are labels QR-only?
The default label has a QR code. If the company wants, NFC labels are available too: tapping the phone is enough.
Is a floor plan required?
No. In a building with a plan, points show on the plan; without one, the list and the day timeline are enough.
What about contract and cancellation?
Monthly subscription, no commitment; cancel at the end of any month.
